I am Denis Besevic, founder of CBB. With over 15 years of experience in the industrial sector, I am not only an experienced analysis expert and project manager, but also a passionate mentor and coach. My path has taken me through the development of companies to successful crisis management in the HR sector.
As an interim manager, I am specialised in transforming HR departments and making them sustainable.
My mission is not only to provide effective solutions, but also to stand by your side as a reliable partner. Through my passionate approach and my experience as a mentor, I offer you not only professional guidance, but also the opportunity to realise your full potential.

As a dynamic professional, I am available worldwide to help organisations overcome their HR challenges.

My focus is on analysing the current situation and developing a sustainable success plan. This includes the implementation of HR systems to ensure that your processes are efficient and future-proof.

Kristina Meißner-Besevic - Head of Sales & Marketing

My name is Kristina Meißner-Besevic, co-founder of CBB and responsible for the areas of sales and marketing, recruiting and process analysis.
With my profound experience, especially in the banking and insurance sector, I am focussed on realising the vision of our company and providing you with the best service.
In my role as a recruiter, I strive to attract and develop the best talent for your organisation.

By thoroughly analyzing and evaluating existing recruiting processes, I identify bottlenecks, reduce lead times and increase the quality of hiring by suggesting efficient process improvements.

I am also responsible for CBB's sales and marketing so that we are ideally positioned for our customers.
My goal is to make CBB a reliable and efficient partner for your company.

Christian Clemens - Talent Acquision Specialist

My name is Christian Clemens and at CBB I am responsible for employer branding and recruitin — both operationally and strategically. My objective is twofold: to identify suitable candidates and to collaborate with our clients to establish effective structures in these areas and ensure their long-term viability.

Drawing from my experience in personnel services and in direct exchange with applicants and specialist departments, I develop individual recruiting solutions that work. I provide our clients with hands-on support from process initiation to final implementation, ensuring an inspiring candidate experience.

At CBB, we go beyond mere vacancy filling. We provide companies with strategic support to reposition their recruitment efforts and effectively communicate their employer brand to external audiences.

Julia Mitsch - Process & System Specialist

My name is Julia Mitsch and I work at CBB as a Process and System Specialist. With my extensive experience in administrative and process-related environments, I am familiar with the challenges companies face, and this makes me a valuable partner for sustainable optimization.

I support our customers in analyzing and improving processes and systems, and if necessary, setting them up from scratch in a structured, pragmatic way with a clear focus on efficiency. I accompany projects from the initial process mapping to the launch of a new tool with a high degree of analytical ability, implementation expertise, and precision.     

A structured approach, clear communication, and trusting collaboration are key to achieving sustainable, measurable results.
